Sorry for doing this late ...I would like to thank dr mukesh tiwari sir for treating my dog well...We visited his clinic in april 2023 and my Labrador MAX aged 14 years at that time was diagnosed with spleen tumor size 5cm * 3cm . The doctor helped us in every possible way even when we left bhopal(transfered) he was still available on phone calls for help.... My max is 14 years 7 months now, the spleen is 13cm*9cm now . We tried everything that we could CT Scan , Best vetinary hospital in the country.He is in his last stage now , this is really tough time for us but I would like to thank dr mukesh for his help provided remotely even in these tough times ....With my experience I can say you can always trust your pet in dr mukesh's hand...Thank you sir

On 14th September 2017 we came to your clinic with very high opinion about you and were very pleased to see our pet's long persisting Ear problem is solved after some follow up visits.

But during our last visit on 4th August 1018 our experience was very bad. The way we were treated was unprofetional and totally unacceptable.

In spite of confirm appointment we were asked to wait for 2-3 hrs to see the Vet, because was away from clinic. Even after the doc came he got himself indulge with some of his friends orr Vet MRs. **** ******** *** **** ****** ******* ******** *** *** *** ******* *** ****** ** **** ****** ********* ** *** ******* *** ********* ********** *** *** ********* ** ******Secondly

The Dog Food sold to us was with Very Old Packing Date. On mentioning that the clinic boy said it's nothing to worry about but my pet not showing much desire for this food.

Chewing Bones - forget about chewing my pet refused to take in his mouth.

Finally I am sorry to say that we are NOT planning any further visits to this clinic.

My dog name is Tarance, Actually my dog having lot of 2 major medical issues, Liver disease and Cardiomyopathy, just bcz of these two problems slowly slowly he stopped everything eating and drinking both, i and my family we all were very worried for him, we got him treated in many places but there was difference no changes in his health, his stomach having flood.. suddenly we got to know about Mr Mukesh tiwari sir, I mean he is like God for my dog, and today my dog is much better bcz of his correct treatment and suggestions, he started all the treatment from the beginning, did all the test checkups again, me and my family are very satisfied with their treatment, there staff and doctor all are very friendly and helpful, My dog's treatment is not over yet, his treatment is still going on, we are just waiting for the final result I mean best result about his medical condition and we hope that very soon we will get a good result. last but not least thank you much Mukesh tiwari sir and ur all the staff member..

Dr Mukesh and all his staff are very gentle and attentive to our cat, it’s nice to be sure – your pet is in a good care! We’ve found our doctor!He gives you options and lets you know what actually needs to be done. He is nice and kind. He tweaks his approach perfectly depending on each animal. Took my 3 month old Retriever female for the second vaccination and wet stool.Told him I did Deworming the same day around 1:30 pm.(Didn't pay any attention to it)Gave my puppy 3 injections 1 for stool, 2 for vaccination(without even telling me) and the deworming ***** ** *** *** ********* ** **** **** *** ** ****** she didn't eat anything that day,was finding hard to even moveand her stool was wet for the coming 2 days.*** *** *** ********** **** ** *** ****** while we consulting him he inbetween told us the amount 900 and asked us to remove our pet so the one behind us could come(they were the only ones waiting).Never visiting him ever again.

Doctor was not present in the clinic.When doctor came he said take your dog and have a bath.He not even checked my dog and entered in his clinic. ** ** ********* ** **** ** *** *********** ** *** **** ***** ** *** ** **** ** **** ** ****** **** ******* ** ****** ********* ** *** ** **** ** *** **** *** we are living too far from clinic. we were waiting for Doctor more than a hour. ** *** ***** ** *** **** ** ** **** ** *** ****** **** ***** ****** **** ** ******* **** ************ ** ** **** ** * **** ** **** *** ***** *** *** ** ** *** ** **** *** ***** *** **** he just said take him and have bath. *** ** *** ***** *** **** **** ********* ** ** *** * He said to us our Pet will be alright nothing will happen to him and come after 10 days. But on the way to home my dog having difficulty in breathing then we take him back to the clinic. *** ** *** *** *** ** **** **** ********* ********* My dog became unconscious immediately we take him to clinic but doctor not even touch him and said he's dead. He was just saying it's dead body and take him away. Me and my mother were crying and he was saying go way he is dead body. He just want us too go from clinic. ** **** ***** ******* **** ** *** ***** *** *** **** *** ******** *** *******

He is excellent.. very much friendly with pets . I have a good experience with Dr Mukesh Tiwari he gave treatment to my dog whenever even in the night he is ready to serve. God bless him always.

Our heartfelt thanks to the doctor. Our eleven years old dog was severely ill a month back. Post surgery stress has led him face lot of issues like dehydration, vomiting, joint aches, ulcers. It was really a distressing period for us. But the doctor has saved his life and our dog is back to his normal self now. In this clinic animals are treated just like babies. I never came across such generosity towards pets in any clinic. Certainly the best in bhopal.
